Cloudgress Hiring Process

We follow a thorough but fast hiring process to source and validate good software talent that fit the 3E criteria, What's 3E? Experience, Environment and Enthusiasm!

Initial screening

We screen your application and will contact you if your skills and experience match at least 75% with the job description.

First Remote Interview

We'll discuss your goals, skills, experience, and have you complete a task. It has two parts:

A 30-minute discussion, and
A 60-minute project scoping task

2 x Technical Tasks

You will be asked to perform two (2) technical tasks to assess real-world technical skills.

A technical task live on Zoom, and
A technical task done at home

Reference checks

We perform comprehensive reference and background checks to ensure validity of your skills and experience as shown on your CV.

Final Remote Interview

Candidates usually spend about 15+ hours in our multi-step hiring process and it ensures we attract the top 10% from the talent pool.

Offer letter in our Office

Upon successful selection, we'll issue an Offer letter with a start date. We can't wait for you to be part of our team. Congratulations!
